NORVALTE is a private holding company based in Oslo. We invest in other companies with the aim of developing lasting value.
Our name draws on the Norwegian word «forvalte»: to take care of and develop what has been entrusted to us. To us, that means respecting what has been built, recognising new possibilities and giving good businesses room to grow.

NORVALTE is Tonje’s private holding company. Her background spans commercial leadership, business and organisational development, and international collaboration.
Her approach to leadership is based on trust: clear direction, responsibility and room for people to develop. Alongside NORVALTE, she is a director at Valhalla Capital Management.
